The Solutions & Project Analyst serves as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.This individual will work directly with the Solutions & Project Manager and partner closely with operations, technology teams, customers, vendors, and leadership to support projects from concept through implementation.The role combines business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder management, solution design support, and systems integration work.You will play a key role in helping the company modernize its technology stack, improve operational efficiency, support digital transformation initiatives, and successfully deliver projects that create measurable business impact.ResponsibilitiesSupport the migration away from legacy systems and infrastructureHelp drive integration projects involving customers, vendors, overseas agents, and business partnersAssist with implementing and optimizing platforms such as CargoWise and other business-critical systemsGather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable project plansCoordinate project timelines, milestones, testing activities, and go-live executionFacilitate communication between business teams, technology teams, vendors, customers, and leadershipSupport solution design, process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiativesAssist with testing, implementation, deployment, and production rollout activities
